We understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be cancelled or rescheduled. We give a 72 hour time frame before your appointment to ensure a timely reminder. We ask that you respect that time by notifying us of appointment cancellations or reschedules at least 48 hours in advance for no penalties. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred of the cost of the service selected: • Less than 48 hours - 25% • Less than 24 hours —50% • Day of & No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked and will be barred from booking in the future.
